So I came across this recipe from one of my favourite bakers online, Jane. I tried it out and was not disappointed. I have bought fudge for many years and I can safely say that I will never buy fudge again. There are so many flavours to play around with and I can’t wait to keep trying new flavours. I do have to pace myself though as it can become a bit obsessive wanting to bake and try out new flavours and bakes all the time! The recipe is also great as it lasts for up to 3 weeks in the fridge and it is so soft. A lot of fudge I have bought in the past has often been so dry so I was so happy to have a recipe that keeps well. Of course the fresher it is the more moisture remains, but that goes without saying.
Prices below:
6 pieces of fudge for £4.50, 12 pieces for £9.00, 24 pieces for £15.00. I can do more, please just ask me for information.
