Easter brownies traybake

These Easter brownies are so good. To be honest all the brownies I’ve done so far I’ve really enjoyed but there’s something about having all these Easter mini eggs in the brownies that makes them extra special and yes extra gooey to the point that they don’t always look baked (but they are trust me!) I will often bake them a little extra as when they’re ready to eat, just popping them in the microwave for 15 seconds will bring their gooeyness back perfectly. Oh, and a blob of ice cream never hurt anyone! Delicious! All tray bakes are £15, slices between 9-12 squares.
