Baking has always been my passion. I decided to give my own little business venture a go during lockdown and I am so pleased I did. I have been busier than I ever thought I would have been and really hope it continues, so I thank every one of you who has supported me in anyway. I wanted to set up this website to showcase the products I do with a blog theme so I could add some description, pictures and with prices included for you all to have a look at too. I love all things lemon, so absolutely there was always going to some form of lemon fudge. I have such a sweet tooth but I’ve never really loved meringue. I love the gooey meringue but not too crunchy so when I added the meringue to these I was a little worried on the texture. I was really pleasantly surprised as I loved them loads.
