These are one of my favourite things to bake. Firstly bread can be a nightmare to work with so when you finally get it, it feels good! The smell that comes from the oven when these are baking are just utterly divine, omg!! They should really be eaten on the day as well, bread goes stale but if they do last longer than a day, then a 20 second burst in the microwave softens them back up just lovely!

Baking has always been my passion. I decided to give my own little business venture a go during lockdown and I am so pleased I did. I have been busier than I ever thought I would have been and really hope it continues, so I thank every one of you who has supported me in anyway.
